Ordering Policy

Standard orders need at least 12 hours notice so everything is made fresh. Cakes and large party orders may need more time — the earliest available date is always shown at checkout.

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Within 24 hours the ingredients are already prepped, so the order cannot be refunded.

Items marked Available Today are already prepared and can be picked up the same day.

For cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App orders, your order is confirmed right away and the payment is recorded once we receive it.
